Every homeowner who contacts Canfindings Garage Doors should receive fair and honest treatment. If that did not happen for you, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How Canfindings Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If You Have a Problem With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Canfindings Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide a matter on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@canfindings.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and what result you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into the matter, which may involve reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
